Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for opened items that are returned without a valid reason.
  • Any custom-built PCs that have been powered on will be inspected before a return is approved.
  • If the product is damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or external factors, the return will be denied.

Warranty Policy

All purchases from HyperBuilds come with a 1-year warranty covering hardware defects and malfunctions.

What is covered?

  • Manufacturer defects in components.
  • Issues related to our assembly or configuration.
  • Hardware failures not caused by external damage.

What is NOT covered?

  • Tampering with the PC (e.g., overclocking beyond manufacturer limits, incorrect installation of additional hardware, or any modifications outside of standard use).
  • Accidental damage, liquid spills, or power surges.
  • Warranty stickers removed or tampered with – this will void the warranty.
  • Issues caused by user error, including software-related problems or improper handling.

Warranty Repairs & Support

If your PC or component encounters a covered issue within the warranty period:

  1. Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. We may ask for diagnostic steps, photos, or videos to help identify the problem.
  3. If a repair is needed, we will arrange free return shipping for covered warranty claims.

If our team discovers that the fault was due to customer mishandling or misuse, the repair will not be covered under warranty, and the customer will need to cover the repair costs. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any return requests.
